When you’ve been saved by Jesus Christ, it’s easy to think there’s nothing else to be done. But as men saved by Jesus, salvation is just the beginning of a new life in Him.
I THIRST!
"After this, Jesus, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, “I thirst!” 29 Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth. 30 So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit."

I THIRST is more than a moment on the cross—it is a model for the life we are called to live with our God. When Jesus declared, “I thirst,” He was revealing both the cost of redemption and the depth of His mission to satisfy the deepest need of humanity. Through His sacrifice, we find ourselves fully satisfied in Him—yet awakened to a holy hunger for more of His presence, His purpose, and His kingdom. To live with an "I THIRST" perspective is to remember that we follow a Savior who entered our suffering, endured the cross, and completed the work of salvation. At the cross we see a God who meets our deepest need, who pours out grace when judgment was deserved, and who loves His creation enough to send His Son to finish the work of redemption.

The I THIRST Men’s Retreat will be an opportunity to pause, reflect, and evaluate where you stand with the Lord. It will be a time to rediscover what it means to be fully satisfied in Christ while living with a desperate longing for more of Him. Through powerful teaching, meaningful fellowship, small group discussions, activities, and personal time with the Lord, this retreat will challenge and encourage you to live a life that reflects a deep thirst for God.
