“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose trust is the Lord. For he will be like a tree planted by the water that extends its roots by a stream, and does not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought, nor cease to yield fruit.”

The heart of the women’s ministry is to grow deep, deep roots into the Word of God, into the truth of who God is, and being firmly rooted in Christ!! In order to do this we need to make sure the soil of our heart is regularly being tilled, weeded, watered, and seeded correctly to really be firmly established in Christ!! We do this by digging and dissecting the Word of God verse by verse…intentionally looking into the mirror of the Word- pulling out weeds we see, letting the Spirit of God uproot anything that does not bring Him glory!! We allow Him to break up the hard ground take way any stones that will hinder the work of God in our lives!
What to expect when attending:
We gather together for study, fellowship, and encouragement around the Word where the rivers of living water can pour out onto parched ground, and the seeds of the gospel of Jesus Christ and the whole council of God can be planted so we will produce good and pleasing fruit!! Fruit only the Spirit can produce in us so all who look on and come near are drawn to HIM for salvation!! Then when the storms of life come, when the heat is pressing in, when the winds and rains blow, we will be firmly established, firmly planted, immovable and resolved, beautifully planted for the display of His splendor!
Meeting information:
Our Women’s ministry meets every Friday at the church alternating between Bible Study and Rootwork Night. Women’s Bible Study is held at 10am and 6:30pm. As of now, we only have childcare available for our 6:30pm Bible Study. Rootwork Nights take place every other Friday at 6:30pm. On these evenings, we will be going over the Rootwork from the previous teaching and discussing how the Lord has spoken to us as we learn to inductively study scripture verse by verse!
